New Year, New Business Name (Yet Again)

Using a new automated tracking system, we discovered William Franklin is now using a new site, FranklinDesigner.Com (registered last May), "Franklin Designer - Your Local Freelancer!"  As of this post, his site for LA Design and Coding has not yet been shut down.

Like all his other sites, he's using Wordpress and changing the graphic theme copyright to his own unregistered company name.  Like most of his previous sites, there is no contact information, such as name  or mailing address (at least the LA site had a phone and press releaseses with his name and phone number on them).   The "About Us" page has the usual lack of any real information and the "Contact Us" is a form.  His portfolio pages are all blank, with one mention of a downloadable file, presumably the same one he used before.  The domain contact information is masked.

As the number of (alleged) victims tracking him grows, people are calling in his Craigslist ads, some of which may be posted here.  Also, special thanks to the commenters here for sharing their experiences on various articles.

NOTE: For serving papers, we encourage anyone out there to obtain a working mailing address for him under any of his company names.

  2. Whoa, that caught my attention.

However, I just did some research and found this is not William, but perhaps the inspiration for an alias a while back. This guy is an alleged spammer, and has a trackable identity.

Besides, I think Willaim avoids legitimate business paperwork. :^P

  3. Everyone who has been scammed by William Franklin needs to commit to taking some time to monitor their own hometown CraigsLists in both the Web and Systems categories.

Denying him the oxygen of low-hanging-fruit victims would go a long way towards forcing him to seek a real job.

  5. I know someone with this name that lives like a paranoid freak of nature. He has surveillance on all his neighbors and the main county road. He built his house walls like a fortress and is violent if anyone gets near his home. He has many aliases on the internet, many "odd untraceable businesses" etc. He NEVER leaves his home and and has a supposed home based "internet business" in his basement. He definitely travels with slimey con artists. He lives in a $350,000 home in a secluded neighborhood and seems to enjoy a VERY high lifestyle but no real means of income. He is violent and paranoid. I wonder if there is a correlation? This guy is a very high functioning narcissist with something to hide that is worth killing for.

  7. All of this information is real helpful to me. I own www.exotic-maids.net and paid him to complete my adult website and provided him with thousands of nude pictures to post on the Site. I also met him in person in Hollywood CA, where he was living in 2011. He never completed my site and kept asking for more money with all kinds of excuses. After I refuse to give him more money he started posting things about my company on rip off report using fake names saying that we was ripping off people by charging a $35.00 application fee. I found out that he was behind this when I responded to his ad using a fake name and email address. I paid him $1,300.00 which he refuse to refund or return my pictures. And, he ad under my domain name that I was a scam SO WHEN SOME ONE TYPE IN MY DOMAIN NAME IT SAYS NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. I am planning a civil suite against him. And, I am going to file criminal charges. my email address is 1mrblue@gmail.com if any one else have information about him please contact me
