Tumbling Down?

I just received notice of William Franklin's alleged activities and court cases ...

he was also facing 9 counts of theft charges last year witch got dismissed.
he is also on probation right now for non payment of child support.

he was also on channel 12 news on the theft. we need to try to get these people to come forward and press charges and go to court. once they have enough info on him they may be able to lock him up for a long time. he also is not paying in on taxes. this is something else we might be able to work together on as a team to get this taken care of. I know he does not file his taxes.. 

If I can get the link to the news story, I'll post it here. I just have to lament that none of the theft cases didn't stick, as that seems to be the theme of his entire life.
