He apparently is working for Cardtronics, hired by Paul Wright, who can be contacted at Pwright@cardtronics.com.

I got burned as well in Centreville VA on an ATM move for Cardtronics. He was hired by Mikar systems, LLC 64 Euclid NY . Who was contracted by Cardtronics. I was "Hired" in June & have yet to see a dime. I did speak w/ Cardtronics today & was promised payment. They admitted that Franklin had not paid any of the persons who did the work.
